Blue Cross & Blue Shield of KC came to Meers Advertising and Propaganda3 with a challenge of creating a healthy lifestyle questionnaire with game-like qualities. The end product would be living at the Kansas City Chiefs Stadium and had to be kid focused. We created the concept of the Two Minute Drill where players had to successfully answer 10 questions to reach the goal line before two minutes ran off the clock.

Unique cut scenes

Each question equates to 12 seconds taken off the clock and answers are weighted accordingly to the best choice. Depending on which choice you pick, a cut scene would play to show progression down the field.

Go for the extra point

After successfully passing the goal line, players kicked an extra point field goal to increase their score.
